Regarding Sales

1. After receiving the product, the customer should first check the toolbox and other accessories against the packing list in the instruction manual to ensure they are complete.

2. Before installing, debugging, and using the product, please carefully read the instruction manual and strictly follow the operating procedures. If any problems arise, please contact our after-sales service or sales department at any time, and we will resolve them as soon as possible.

3. After the product installation and debugging are completed, the installer must promptly fill out the "Installation Report" in detail and train the customer on correct operation and precautions.

Regarding After-sales

If the product encounters quality problems, please contact our service network or after-sales service personnel in a timely manner and take relevant photos or videos of the faulty parts. After-sales service personnel will sincerely resolve your problem as soon as possible.
